Singing about customers’ success beats trumpeting the corporate anthem
Every company’s greatest assets are ”the liveware”, the employees and the customers. So it makes all the sense in the world to have real people proclaim the solutions and benefits a company can offer. That is to say, let’s not be we-oriented and keep on singing the company’s praises: let’s hear about real experiences of dedicated company employees creating solutions for satisfied customers – and the customers using them. As a convincing form of marketing communications a case story or customer interview works every time. That, if anything, is a true case in point. A credible report by a credible witness.
